IF for some crazy reason you find that our shoes are not as expected:
THEN create a return request through the link below within 30 days of purchase, requests after 30 days will be void. After the request is approved by Fibonacci Footwear you will have 30 days to return the product. Fibonacci Footwear will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the approved return. Fibonacci reserves the right to deny refunds for returned items that do not comply with this policy. Click below and follow the instructions. US customers will be sent an automated shipping label via email; customers outside the US will be responsible for their own return label which must reference the order number and RMA number provided by Fibonacci Footwear along with the shipping address. We do not allow returns on socks.
Please note: We want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with the Fibonacci products, but can’t take back shoes that have been scuffed or scratched on the upper or bottom of the shoe. Just like the dealership won’t take back a Ferrari after you spend the test drive doing donuts. Please try out your shoes on carpet before you take them out into the world.
IF this specific pair of Fibonacci shoes wasn’t quite right:

THEN get full credit to use on another pair (good for up to six months) when you send them back within 30 days of purchase. Customers are allotted one exchange per order free of charge.
IF an order is placed in error and needs to be cancelled.
THEN due to the finance charges created from the order processing through, all orders cancelled before shipment will be charged a five percent finance fee. Orders cancelled after the shipping process starts will be charged a ten percent for finance fees and warehouse management; review additional fees below.

We appreciate our customers and want to serve them as best we can with any issues they might be facing. Returns and/or cancelled goods will be assessed and are subject to restocking fee based on the costs incurred from the customer order on a case by case basis. These cost include finance processing fees, shipping cost, 3PL material handling fees, missing product, etc. but are capped at a max of twenty percent of the order cost which does not include shipping fees paid by the customer. Fibonacci will not withhold more than the costs incurred from a customers specific order transactions. International restocking fees are much lower based on customer owned shipping costs.
